Dear Property Owners,

​The Cedar Creek Cove Owners Association has changed the locks to Boat Dock #1 and Boat Dock #2, on January 15, 2021. CSOA property owners who are in good standing with a zero balance are eligible for a key that will fit both boat ramps.

Here are the next steps:

​If you currently have a key, and are in good standing with a zero balance, bring the key into the office to exchange your old key for a new key. November 7th is the first day to exchange keys. Keep in mind that the new key will start working on January 15, 2021. Office hours of operation are:

Tuesday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (except Holidays)

If you have lost your old key, and are in good standing, with a zero balance, a replacement key will cost $15. (This is actually what it costs the POA to replace the keys.)

If you have a balance for lot assessments and/or road assessments; a new key will be provided when the balance is brought to zero.

Property owners will be distributed one key; regardless of the number of lots/properties owned.

Exception: Additional keys may be provided if a legal signed lease agreement is on file with the renter’s name and the property owner’s name indicated on the lease agreement.

Property owners must pick up their own keys:

Keys cannot be distributed to anyone except the property owner as determined by Henderson County Appraisal District.

Exception: Renters may pick up a key if there is a signed lease agreement on file in the office with the renter’s name and the property owner’s name.

Keys cannot be mailed.
