OFFICE HOURS! We open at 1 pm Tuesday through Friday and 9 am Saturday.

Hello Neighbors

As we begin the holiday season I hope you will take a moment to reflect on the blessings we have received and the many things we have to be thankful for this year. We know the last 2 years have been chaotic to say the least however, remember we are blessed to live in the greatest country on the planet. The Board of Directors would like to take a moment and wish you and your entire family a safe and very Happy Thanksgiving.

The “Board” also knows and understands your frustrations about some of the roads in Cedar Creek Cove. Up to now we have been trying to patch them the best we can with the money, equipment and manpower available. We are basically chasing our tails and we know that. I am asking each and everyone of you that are property owners in Cedar Creek Cove to please attend the POA meeting on January 8, 2022 at the community clubhouse to discuss a possible solution to some of the major issues we are facing with “our” roads. The “Board” has worked long and hard on ideas and I truly believe we have a workable solution. This solution however will require the members approval. This is not a situation where the “Board” can unilaterally make the decision therefore I am calling on all property owner’s to attend this meeting to discuss our proposal. I will extend the meeting hours from 10AM to 12pm so that everyone can discuss and be a part of the process. We truly want your input and I am hoping that more than the usual 10-12 people attend this meeting as we want as many participating as possible rather than 10-12 people deciding for the entire neighborhood. Please, join us so that we can hopefully start moving forward on “our” road projects for the roads that we are responsible for. This meeting will not have any say about county owned roads. This meeting is for the roads that the community is responsible for which totals approximately 13 miles.

Again, on behalf of the Board of Directors may God’s love and kindness shine upon you and your family during this holiday season.

Calvin Jones,

President
